The location is great for commuting to Park City, the townhomes are spacious and have tons of storage, they come with a 2 car garage (!!), price is reasonable, and Heidi (the property manager) was a pleasure to work with and is really on top of everything!
The clubhouse is lux and has a great gym and yoga space! Most places dont have a yoga / stretching room, so thats a big plus!
Theres some construction in the area and the highway is close, but the units have sweet views and the noise seems manageable (especially for units facing away from it).
Highly recommend checking them out!!
