Signature Auto Group

No stars for Hayden at Signature Auto. He at first was super helpful in purchasing a car for my daughter. She was in Utah, I in Texas. I specifically asked if the car was a front wheel drive & he said it was. IT WAS NOT. IWe all know we need no less than FWD in Utah. I also wanted an extended warranty from VW, dealership & he offered Elite Auto Warranty. Again, I asked & took his word that if I sold the car, that the warranty could be transferred to a new owner. Again, he said it could. ANOTHER LIE. I have tried calling him to hopefully have own up & admit his deceitfulness (or honest mistake in not knowing what he is selling) & make it right. Hayden, hope you see this & make the call, since it seems you have now blocked my number.

Went to look a 2010 minivan , the team was very understanding and friendly , did not ended up getting the vehicle but Im happy with the experience and Im looking forward to get a car from here in the future

Went into autozone to figure out why my check engine light came on and they gave me the number for signature auto group. I talked with Hayden who was very helpful and gave me good advice about what was going on with my engine and how much I should expect to pay to get it fixed. 11/10 for helping outside of normal business hours, they even offered to take care of it first thing Monday (this all happened on a Saturday). If we were local wed definitely bring our car in to get it fixed there
