I had a major leak recently late at night in my basement from a washing machine and got in touch with Service Master of Deseret through Google. Even though it was after hours the responded and were on site within 30 minutes since they are locally based. They we able to get the water extracted and because they were on-site so fast they were able to set up equipment and save my drywall from any damage. 10 out of 10 service and results. Will be using and reccomending them in the future.

These guys are terrific. The way they handled my home and possessions after a waterline outside broke and flooded my basement was phenomenal. They also helped me coordinate my responses and needs with my insurance adjuster flawlessly. They were on-site within an hour and immediately went to work. When they were all said and done they even forwarded me on to a great drywall crew and my home was back to preloss condition within a few weeks. I would highly reccomend using their services in the event of a water loss.

Service master came through and helped me in my home by removing wet damaged drywall and icky insulation. They were able to trace a leak from behind faulty deck flashing to inside my house. I would never trust anyone else in the event of a major leak to keep my house safe from further damage.

I highly recommend ServiceMaster of Heber. We had a leaking dishwasher hose that caused considerable damage to the wall and cabinets surrounding the dishwasher. David and his team removed the damaged material and addressed some mold issues caused by the leakage. They were able to minimize damage to remaining cabinets and granite countertop saving us repair costs. ServiceMaster was prompt in completing the work and professional in communicating the issues.
