Fantastic! I usually don't do reviews, but this company was exceptional. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone immediately and was at my home 30 minutes later. He gave me a quote to replace my air conditioner. It was quite a bit less than a quote I had received from his competitor. Kevin also explained the benefits of adding a heat pump. There was no pressure, just letting me know it was an option. Even with the heat pump it was thousands less that the previous quote. The air conditioner and heat pump were professionally installed a few days later. This is the way to run a business! Thanks Kevin!!! Service: Install AC

My heat had been going out off and on for a few weeks and I had another company that I had contracted with to do routine maintenance on my unit come take a look at it two different times. Charging me for both times and the issue still wasn't fixed. I reached out to Kevin Mower and he came the very next day spent over an hour taking my unit apart to find out what was wrong and told me my company I had contracted with to do maintenance hadn't even cleaned it. He made sure he cleaned it and it was in working order before he left and checked in on me after to make sure it was still working. It is so nice to find an HVAC company that really cares about their customers, does honest work for a fair price, and checks in on their clients. Can't recommend Kevin enough!! He said he was going to replace a entire a/c unit. I am a single women and at the time didn't know about two coils so he only replaced the one outside. It immediately started not responding with cool air all of my air bnb guests were complaining right off. I have all of these complaints. He spent about fifteen minutes in my adduct. Didn't say I needed a coil up there. I just recently Hired a heating guy who explained to me that my coil in my adduct was 18 years old. and not a Bryant one like the one outside. He explained to me about these coils and how they work. I payed Kevin almost 4 thousand dollars. Service: Install AC

Kevin is absolutely amazing. My A/C stopped working on a Saturday night in the later part of June when temps are nearing 100. I called Airstream that night, Kevin immediately knew what was wrong. Kevin came out the very next day, on a Sunday, and got my unit working again. I would highly recommend this company and I will continue to use their services. Service: A/C system repair
