        They have decent service, needed my ATM card fixed, and they took care of it right away. Other places make you wait days to get cards fixed.

        Theres literally a fee for every single thing this bank will do for you. Even if you ask them to not send you paper statements they will still continue to charge you for them and send them anyway. After five attempts of asking them to stop, they then told me that they charge me five dollars per statement that they were going to email. I am not a fan of banks that nickel and dime. Will not be banking with them ever again. Terrible customer service as well. Asked several times to quit the paper fees and was never taken care of.

        Very sad with this locations customer service. If you dont like your job get a new one. Dont have an attitude with your customer because you made a mistake. Listen- apologize-correct the mistake. Simple and all a customer wants. Id rather go to a different branch then have an employee begrudgingly fix the simple error.
