Top tier course and good at the important things, all the golf stuff. The tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and greens were all in great shape. The greens were a little slow and could use a cut but were in good condition. It is still lacking a few things with so much construction going on. You have to drive 10+ mins backward on a few holes driving through people playing to get to the first hole. Also the current club house is a little disappointing for the level of course this is suppose to be. The pro shop, restaurant and bar are all squeezed into a small room.

Our foursome played March 30th on a Wednesday paid $800. We had a large mower follow us for 7 holes, 3 on the 8th hole. On the 9th thought we had lost them. Not so lucky. 15th, more mowers, 16th, 3 mowers, one was driverless had to wait for it to move out of our way. Very frustrating. Course was in great shape but the mowers ruined our day.

Have to start off by saying that the course is tremendous. As advertised and beautiful. The greens are really fast and dont stick but thats not a flaw in my estimation. The issue we had was with the management. Not sure why golf starters is a profession that seems to just come with sass. We spend about $600 and specifically chose CR as one of our few spots for a guys trip bringing in players from New York and California. When we got to the first tee (which was about a mile away from the club house) we were given this memorized spiel from the starter that got interrupted with a question. The employee seemed annoyed that his performance was interrupted. I thought it was so ironic because he said you can put your range finders away because you wont need them with our state of the art carts. Thats funny because after the first shot and 300 yards down the fairway, the cart stopped working. Ive played for 30 years and never had anything like this happen. Would have been understandable if it ran out of battery or something but it just wouldnt go. Long walk of shame later and since the clubhouse was a mile away, needless to say the issue wasnt resolved promptly. When it finally was, the employee just told us to take birdies on the hole for the inconvenience. Sorry but, it doesnt work that way. The other carts gps didnt work so those state of the art carts did us no good and when we finally spoke to someone in the pro shop (which was at hole #13 for some reason, he was not willing to make things right. Such a bonehead move because again, this could have been a stop for us for years to come but because they were actually rude about it and offered nothing more that the suggestion we take birdies, we wont be choosing copper rock in the future. On the back 9 we had more cart issues as they would get locked up and not move, forcing us to push them. See the video attached. Sorry copper rock, but your staff blew it, not the course.

Played here, paid $225 for 18 holes. Ended up being 60mph wind. Unplayable condition. Asked for a 9 hole rain check since Im playing here the next day and they refused. He laughed at me and said they dont do that. Very unprofessional. Considering how much I paid to play here they arent very accommodating. I wish I didnt book another time because I dont want to give them another dime of my money. I know Im only one customer but Ill never be back.
