We had our ac go out on a Thursday evening and didnt notice until the next day. We were in a panic with the hotter temperatures of our apartment with a newborn at home. They came over and helped get things squared away as quickly as possible and kept us informed every step of the way so we knew when to expect our ac to be back. Beyond impressed with the professionalism of the owner who was the one to help us out. Well be keeping them on file to refer to friends and family and for when we finally have our own place and need hvac help. My dad just moved into his new home and the AC was not cooling well. Derek came out and really helped my dad understand his new system. He took his time to explain how the system works, how often the filters should be changed and how to use the thermostat worked. Overall great quality care and service. Service: Repair HVAC

We have had great service from DC HVAC! Derik is quick to respond to our calls/messages and has always been able to help us the day we needed help! He is professional and easy to work with. Had an appointment to get a quote for a new HVAC system about 5 weeks ago---they came, which is great cuz I've had other companies stand me up as I've tried to get estimates recently. They told me I have a 3 ton Condenser. It's a 2.5 ton unit. This could be an honest mistake, but feels like they were trying to upsell. I am still waiting for my quote too. They never sent it to me and have never followed up. I guess they don't want my money?
