        If you think the answer you got was incorrect, call again. Most likely the first CS did not know anything but pretended to know. Such a waste of time with CS.

        I made the mistake of not taking my cash at closing on my reverse mortgage. PHH bought my loan and they are now giving me the biggest runaround I've ever experienced while trying to get a draw on my line of credit. I have a close friend who is trying to get a payoff so she can sell her house and PHH is slow-walking her request. I tried to post this with zero stars but it won't allow me to post. PHH should be shut down. I've heard from other mortgage people that PHH is changing their name because of their reputation.
