Be aware that if you rent a place here in the winter that the pool is NOT heated. That is understandable if you understand heated pools. They should make it clear that a heated pool only works if the outside temperature is warm. They dont make that clear or give you that knowledge to a person that doesnt own or maintain a heated pool. The place we rented was pretty worn out for how modern it is. The towel holders were falling off, the carpet needed to be stretched, the stair rails were rickety, the upstairs floors were creaking and loud, the doors squealed and squeaked. The water temperature in some of the faucets were very hot to the point if a child turned them on, they would get scalded. Some of the rooms were cold and some were hot enough to where you needed to open a window to cool them down. There was a large hole in an area that you could trip into if it was night and you werent looking. I would NOT recommend this place. The one positive is the game room and gym were nice.
