ICO Orchard Farms Apartments Fruit Heights

Great living experience, apartment is nice and spacious, only times you can even hear anyone living around you is if there stomping around there apartment. Dallin has been great, if I ever have a problem he is always on top of it to help with the issue whether it is as simple as just taking care of mail delivered to the wrong place to getting maintenance notes put in to get things fixed. Also Daniel been the best maintenance person, always on top of things, will let you know when he will arrive so your not surprised, get things fixed in a timely manner, and if he can not fix it he is quick to find someone who can and let you know when it will happen.

Living at ICO Orchard Farms has been amazing for the past year. The well-kept surroundings, modern apartments, and friendly community make it a great place to call home. The Elizabeth was the manager when I first moved in and made my move from Kansas easy and hassle free. Dallin is now the current manager and has been great to work with. My dogs enjoy going in everyday to get treats and pets from him. Daniel, in maintenance, is quick to address work orders for the apartment and is always friendly and professional. Again, my experience at ICO Orchard Farms has been fantastic. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Daniel has been the best maintenance man, I have ever had the pleasure to meet, and have been so grateful for his work! He has conducted himself with professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. I have been a manager of an apartment complex myself, and I would hire him in a second. Great job on your work! Thanks for taking care of our food, ( in our fridge/freezer) and my family! Curtis H

If i could give it 0 stars I would. I went down to the front office to inform them I was moving out at the end of my lease. I was told he would prepare the paperwork and everything would be great. I asked if anything needed done at that minute, he said no. I moved out of the building two weeks before the end of my lease and I returned the keys. While doing returning the keys, I was informed that I had to sign a paper. After I had signed, he then informed me I was financially responsible for 60 days from that signature. Which didnt line up with what we had talked about a month prior. Now I am being sued for an 3k for an apartment I was out of over two weeks before my lease ended and they had it rented out in less than a month of me leaving as well. I am sooo frustrated cause it was great until the front desk person changed and now Im in this position. No one has tried to talk to me after my calls. I wouldnt rent from here or recommend it to any of my friends.
