My recommendation is to not work with firm I starting trying to get VA help for my mother who is in assisted living center and her assets are under the amount to qualify. I paid $2500 for a one time phone visit with Casey that lasted under five minutes then was passed off to a Stacey who helped at first and then 10 months later as her service was nil I just found out that I am now supposed to talk to an Anthony at the office. So 10 months still no benefits for Mother No correspondence from Casey's office and I am out $2500 Janet Was able to talk to Casey and found out that I had missed an email from Anthony so this was why I was feeling that I was not getting service. Feel much better about things now

Awful experience! I was rescheduled several times within two weeks for an initial consultation with Kelly White, they said I would receive a call at my appointment time, I did not. I called the next day and was rescheduled. I called at my rescheduled appointment time and was told I was not scheduled that it was on the schedule the day before which I did not receive a call for them either. When I kept calling because I was told he was going to call me, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful. I was told he was now no longer in office and I asked when I would be getting a call or able to talk to him, she said in a very condescending tone "people have to use the bathroom sometimes you know" which I felt was pretty unethical. The level of professionalism from this woman is clearly lacking as is, she continued to have a disrespectful tone with me and told me that "she has no control over what he does" after I had already stated that I understand the scheduling errors were not her or Kelly's fault. She kept hinting and pushing that I find a different attorney when I was simply trying to find out when I was going to be able to speak with my attorney, after I told her I preferred to speak to the attorney assigned to my case and not continue speaking to a bunch of random people that have nothing to do with my case and to find out what is going on directly from my attorney, she told me VERY RUDELY "go find another attorney" and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, not a good start for a new client at all.

I worked with Khole Perkes, putting together my trust. I was able to get an appointment for my consultation right away when I called. The office staff were very polite, I had very little wait time in the reception area. Khole was great to work with, answered all of my questions and was very detail oriented. I highly recommend using Sandburg, Stettler, & Bloxham.
