My brothers and I had a terrific experience with Teresa Aguilar selling our folks' old place. She was a consummate professional: talking us through the process, answering our questions, and wrangling all the paperwork. That last bit is no mean feat, when one brother lives out of state, and another lives out of the country! But Teresa took care of it all with a smile on her face. She put in a bunch of work to sell the house, arranging cleaners and scheduling many open houses and other showings. What impressed me the most was how often Teresa went the extra mile, really treating the house like it was her own. For example, when the weather turned really cold this past winter, she stopped by the house to put the faucets on drip so that the pipes wouldn't freeze. I'm ashamed to admit it had slipped my mind, but fortunately, Teresa had my back. An important factor in real-estate affairs is trust. And my brothers and I definitely trusted Teresa to do right by us. We got a great offer on the house, and the whole offering process, from signing documents to money in the bank, went as smoothly as could be. I highly recommend Teresa Aguilar to anyone who needs a realtor. She'll be one of my first calls the next time I need to buy or sell a house.
