I can't say enough about this company. Our basement recently flooded, and immediately the owner came to our house and did a pre inspection. He walked through the damage that was caused and how to fix it. Soon after they came out and cleaned up the mess. During the whole process they respected our house, as well as our kids and kept me in the loop of each step they were taking. This team is amazing, from the scheduling team to the crew who cleaned up. If you're in this unfortunate situation you can trust they will be their every step of the way, making you feel comfortable about the situation. If I could give 10 stars I would. Can't say enough good about the great people at this company. They were able to come so quickly to help clean up damage from our water heater bursting. They had all the technical instruments to test for water damage and fans and dehumidifier to get the job done right. They are super friendly, responsive and professional. I recently had the unfortunate experience of an overnight flood causing damage to two rooms in my house. The insurance company suggested I call 1-800-water damage. The company came out immediately and took action to carefully determine the extent of the damage and began drying out the area and then proceeded to remove damage to wall, ceiling, and carpet. The on-site of team was very professional, efficient and effective. The equipment used to determine the damage, monitor the dry-out process and evaluate successful completion is state-of-the-art. The team is backed up with excellent support and coordination from the regional office. I am very satisfied with the result and very impressed by their quick response and communication skills.
