        I love our Saratoga Springs enterprise rental. Their customer service is best in class and the cars are always nice and clean. I rent from them a couple time per year and am always happy.

        they seem to make lots of charge-mistakes, which if you don't catch it and call them, they will pocket extra cash. The crew is friendly. Their cars are miserably dirty and poorly kept. I drove a Dodge Pickup 1500 eTorque for a few thousand miles. It had only 50K miles on it, it was filthy inside, and the run very bad, smoked oil and antifreeze out of the exhaust already. The fact that this particular dodge is so bad is not Enterprise's fault, but upkeep is poor.

        Great experience and I would strongly recommend using them for vehicle rentals. Staff were friendly, helpful and on time. The car we rented was clean and reliable. Definitely a positive experience.
