I love observing and seeing how well the children are taken care of here at bright beginnings. The teachers do everything they can to provide a safe and fun experience for each child every single day. It’s not an easy job to balance fun activities, and balanced meals for the children but they do it so well.

On balance I regret enrolling my toddler here and would not trust them with her care again unless serious changes were made. First, the good: the staff is pleasant and the facilities are very nice. The bad: During the three weeks my toddler was enrolled, a teacher came to work with symptoms and tested positive for Covid-19 the same day she came to work, causing an entire classroom to close for the rest of the week. We lost a week of work as we had to quarantine both our toddler and her older brother from his separate daycare. Of course we were still billed tuition for that week. Bright Beginnings also allowed all students to return the following Monday without requiring negative Covid tests. We did not go back. Bright Beginnings also charged me for tuition after our toddler was no longer enrolled, and could not remove my banking information or change my autopay status because it is controlled by a third party app. I am working to fix this on my own. Bright beginnings also does not allow parents into the classroom areas, or allow parents to view classroom cameras. If I had more trust that my child was safe, this would be less of an issue. After allowing an entire classroom to be exposed to Covid, I have far less confidence in my child's safety in a classroom where I have no way to see or check up on her during the day. Overall, I found the experience disorganized and careless with regard to Covid safety procedures. Our older child's daycare is more scrupulous and safe. I would recommend looking at other locations before enrolling your child here. With more careful procedures, support of staff so they do not show up sick, more transparency with parents, and better billing practices this could be a much better and safer choice for childcare.

I give Bright Beginnings 5+ stars! I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 18 months and have always been impressed with the reliable staff and positive atmosphere. I am a teacher and have very high standards when it comes to childcare/preschool. Miss Angela, the toddler classroom teacher is an absolute rock star. She has planned out a rigorous curriculum and has great classroom management. If you are looking for a safe, educational, and fun place for your child to spend their time away..this place is a must!!

After touring several daycares last year, this is the best place we found in the northern Utah county area! I am an educator and have high expectations that were all met. We have had our two daughters here at bright beginnings for a year now, and we love it! The teachers are so welcoming and kind and keep us updated daily. Our daughter was 6 mo when we started there, and she was always happy when we dropped her off! Shout out to Becca and Emily who went above and beyond for them. You can tell the teachers and staff really care for each of them and our kids love them too! One thing that really won us over was the safety and security right when walking in. Jayme at the front desk will answer all your questions and flexible with our changing schedule. They also are very organized with daily crafts and curriculum. We can't say enough good things about bright beginnings!
