Doug helped us pick out our RT-1250, he was very friendly and open with us about everything. He answered all of our questions and thoughts. Definitely recommend recteq compared to traeger. Customer service was the best weve seen. Thanks recteq!

I've been wanting to pull the plug on one of these for a while. My brother turned me on to Recteq after his countless stories of his cooks on one. So thankfully I waited because they just released the Flagship XL 1400. This thing is a BEAST! It maintains temperature very well and have had no issues with that. I've only had 3 cooks on it with the latest being pork butts. I made cornbread in it as well while cooking and it turned out amazing. I'm hoping to get the Recteq griddle next when I can afford it. AMAZING product, built like a tank!

Allot of reviews talk about the grill itself, but my 5- Stars are for the staff themselves! I went in just window shopping after hearing about the great product and seeing it in action a few times. I kicked around the idea and went back a few hours later to pickup the grill I wanted! The staff was insanely helpful and said they had one even ready to go, after wheeling it out we noticed a few scuffs but the biggest thing I didnt even catch was the lid wasnt closing right due to the latches being installed wrong, the guy working himself told me I cant and wont sell this to you he said it wasnt fair to me, and I cant explain how amazing service that is. We quickly got one thrown together he took the time to walk me through it so I understood how to get to certain things if I ever needed. Needless to say I am and will forever be a recteq guy for the rest of my life, but not because of the product, because it is amazing, but because the service and treatment I got during my time in that store. Good staff just got you a lifelong supporter of the company!

Waste of an 80 minute round trip. I went only for new probes and they were out of stock on those which came off as basically youre SOL and I wont help you. I drive away and find what I wanted on their site later. Two other problems: the guys at the store didnt know the correct price of the probes (under quoted $1 each) and I had to pay 10 bucks shipping on top of burning at LEAST that much in gas to get there. Youre wasting money on the square footage for that showroom in Lehi. Close it and stock it with parts.
