Raintech Sprinkler Repair

Cole came out to blow out of sprinkler system for the winter, and noticed we have drains so we didnt need them blown out. He showed us how they work and saved us time and money! I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. If we ever have sprinkler questions or issues, we will definitely be calling Raintech!

Great experience from this guy. Worked in the rainstorm all day and pricing was fair, and he did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone trying to get a great value sprinkler job and have it done right. Anybody can say they do sprinkler work but these guys have the experience to do it well.

I'd give the kid who showed up for the estimate a solid 4 stars he was really good. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave a reasonable quote that I appreciated. On the flip side, Cole was a bit of a letdown. We had set a day for him to come over and sort out my system issues. But here's the kicker: I misplaced my phone at home while dealing with my newborn. I barely missed his call, and by the time I got to it, he was already at my place. He hung around for maybe 2 minutes tops before zipping off to his next gig. I tried calling and texting both him and the estimate guy multiple times, and guess what? Crickets no response whatsoever. Considering I was ready to shell out $700-800 for a fix, I expected a tad more professionalism. I'm not in a position to judge their actual work since I never got that far, but I can say they've got some serious work to do on their communication game. Bottom line: I'd suggest exploring other options until these guys step up their communication. Can't vouch for their actual service, but based on my experience, don't hold your breath.
