Rooms: Clean and modern.
Nearby activities: Walmart and food chains within walking distance.
Safety: Its not downtown SLC!! That is why I would rather stay out of town then be in the middle of the chaos downtown.
Walkability: To shopping and food
Food & drinks: All close by and available! Both fast food and sit down restaurants.
Noteworthy details: Super nice front desk personnel.

I walked into the Lobby (More of a Hallway) to check in and the two employees at the desk ignored me for over 2 minutes while talking to each other in a foreign language and looking directly at me at times. Of course that doesnt mean they were talking about me but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
After finally checking in my family and I went to the room. Upon entry the smell of smoke in this Non Smoking hotel only intensified!
We sat bags on the beds and discussed our options. We decided to leave. When telling the staff of the smoke smell and requesting a refund I was told no because we used the room! WHAT A JOKE! The soles of my shoes were cleaner than anything in that place!

I am traveling for work with 2 dogs and kennels and to be forced to move is insane. I know why they're doing it. After 30 days of continuous stay, the taxes are refunded to the room and no more taxes are paid after that. By requiring 28 days and forced moving.. they ensure you continue to pay taxes.
Unscrupulous rules. Shady business dealings.
I will not be staying here for the 6 months the job lasts.
