My shower in my basement had been backing up from the time we had it finished 2 years ago. We had multiple plumbers and roto rooters come in to unclog the drain. But to no avail costing me hundreds. It was imperative for me to get it fixed because my parents live in the basement and I didnt want them having to stand in all the filth. Vijay and his crew came in immediately and gave me a realistic plan of action. They cut out the tile and the concrete to the drain and then sent the camera through the pipes to find the culprit. Come to find out the end of the pipe entering into the sewer main was 75% blocked with concrete and grout form original construction. They cut the pipe and replaced with a brand new pipe and new drain. Then the flooring guys were phenomenal as well. All this took place and completed in 3 days. They cleaned up and put protection down on my carpet and floors. They left my place cleaner than how they found it. What I appreciated most is Vijay was there the whole time to oversee and communicate constantly with me. Youll see in my attached photos what they had to do and then the final product was if nothing had ever happened. They will forever be my go to guys! Mahalo much!

The water heater stopped working at our place and we needed someone to get it up and running ASAP. Contacted Rocky Mountain Plumbing and I was able to talk to the owner. He was extremely courteous and transparent. We also had another company (one of those franchise plumber) gave us a quote and the quote from the other company was disgusting. VJ and his crew was able to help us get a replacement water heater from Rheem and completed the job (removal, exchange, and installation) on the same day. Extremely professional crew and super friendly owner. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Plumbing!

I live in a 1910 home in Spring City, Utah. There was a water leak by my picket fence. It was the water main.. When the city came to fix it, we discovered not only was it on their side but also on mine. Corroded metal pipes were in terrible condition. So, I started calling plumbers and excavators in Sanpete County. No one was available nor would be for weeks. I had been given a name up North, but no contact information. In googling it I called Rocky Mountain zplumbing and Remodeling in error. I was advised by the owner Vijay, they didn't service this area. However, if I couldn't find anyone, he'd come and look at it personally. Long story short, he gave me checked out everything, and where others had said my big maple tree, picket fence, stone patio and garden would all have to be torn up along the entire side of my home, Vijay and Clyde said the could reroute the pipe, saving the tree and only disturbing the stone walk. On Monday equipment and a whole crew of men showed up..carefully and quickly removed some of the front fence and repaired and replaced everything. The rains came and Vijay and several of his men stayed working in the downpour. Impressed? Yes, I am! These folks went up and beyond my expectations. Even putting my fence back together. The value was well worth the price. As I am old and alone, it would be easy to overcharge me. I feel Vijay treated me as he would his own mother. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They are based in Lehi.

Dusty and Nacho were AMAZING!!! We had a small leak coming from our bath tub faucet and they were in and out within 30 minutes if even! Super professional and friendly!
