Quality Inn Midvale - Salt Lake City South

Worst place Ive ever stayed at. They are mean to their guests. Smells like incense. Room was dirty and toilet had hairs on it. Pool doesnt work. Didnt give us the room we requested. They discriminated against my service animal and never gave the deposit back. Horrible people run this place. The front desk lady is probably the worst of them all

WORST customer service. Our room was DISGUSTING, save yourself the effort and DONT book here. I have never been treated so poorly. We walked into our room and it was filthy. Our sheets and comforter was stained. We were in our room for 20 minutes and left. I called to talk to the manager to ask for our money back and to file a complaint. She said that we were in our room for 4 hours and therefore we would be charged. I tried telling her we showed up at 10:30 at night and left at 11 pm. I told her we were there for maybe 30 minutes and she hung up on me. I called back again to dissolve the issue and she didnt give me the time of day and hung up again. DO NOT stay here. They are so unfriendly and do not take care of you. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rooms: DISGUSTING

POOR quality Inn I stayed at the Quality Inn Midvale on March 23, 2024 during the NCAA Basketball tournament. I paid $105 for to be bitten by bed bugs. The hotel was dirty and dingy both inside and outside of the room. It was also smoky and I reserved a "non-smoking room". When I showed the manager the bite marks, he kicked me out of the hotel in the middle of the night and told me to spend my own money to find a different hotel. He also said that he was going to refund my money the following morning. As of today, April 4, 2024, I have not received any refund or my security deposit. Rooms: Dirty and dingy This hotel is GARBAGE!!!

Where shall I begin with this stay. When I walked in they couldn't find my reservation the lady that was at the counter was very friendly towards me. We got up to the room and the tv that was mounted was dangling off the wall, blankets were stained my niece used the bathroom and the toilet flooded I went down stairs and see if we could get some maintenance to our room the gentleman that was at the front desk said that there was no one to call. He offers me to leave and expect a full refund or he hands me a plunger. so he hands me a plunger and expects me to do it myself l. I went back to my room and used it and it got worst I started to pack up my stuff and we were gonna leave I got back to the desk and said the toilet got worst and that we were gonna leave and the gentleman told me that I didnt know how to use a plunger and wouldn't get the full refund because I did it online sale offer (which I was cool with that) the nice lady came up and offer me a different room perhaps I asked if there any available and which there were so we ended up going to a different room the day we checked out I went to the breakfast room I ended up walking into an heated argument between the same gentleman and another visitor and not sure about what I just minded my own business upon checking out myself and two oth customers were waiting for 30 mins before someone came to help us. I don't really recommend to stay at this hotel if you wanted to get treated with disrespect by the male workerI
