We stayed a few days at the Modern Mesa apartments and had a really great experience! We had a baby with us, so functional kitchen with everything we need was an amazing plus as well as the location near all the restaurants and shops! The apartment was super clean and new. I even gave a bath to my baby in the tub which I never do at the airbnbs!!!! We had numerous interactions with the staff in charge and they couldnt have been kinder and more understanding.

We recently stayed at Modern Mesa in Moab, Utah, and it was wonderful. Great, central location among all of the action in town....close to all the restaurants and very central spot to hit Arches and Canyonlands. Cass was an excellent host and has made this very new apartment cozy and convenient. Would highly recommend! - Mike and Pinar (Miami, FL)

Nice 2 bedroom condo close enough to walk to the Main Street but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking and driving. Nice outdoor kitchen/ dining area was available but we did not use. I would definitely stay there again!

I stayed here in March 2024 for a trail race, it was perfect. Location was great and the unit was perfectly appointed - clean, comfortable, and full of modern amenities and nice thoughtful touches. The check in and check out process was simple. The pillows and mattresses are super comfortable memory foam. Ample parking in rear and easy access to restaurants etc. Definitely staying here again!
