Very nice place, clean. Excellent service, friendly and very helpful, particularly Andy (front desk) and Jorge (breakfast staff). Delicious breakfast.

The breakfast staff were friendly, helpful and put out a great spread! It was nice to eat out on the upstairs balcony. Walkability: Conveniently located, easy to walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants.

The location and room were both good. Breakfast was good the first day. I guess the second day they had a conference or something and the building where we had breakfast the previous day was locked and there was no note on the door. Apparently, breakfast would be served at their other hotel across the street. It would have been nice if they had informed the guests.

We stayed 3 nights at this amazing hotel. Despite a busy weekend parking was easy. The rooms are spacious with a refrigerator and microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Bow at the front desk, Diego at breakfast, and Wendy with housekeeping). The location is outstanding as it is right in the middle of town with restaurants all over within easy walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable we didnt want to get out of them. Only thing that could get us moving was the wonderful breakfast buffet! Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, and so much more. We even made pb&j sandwiches from the breakfast food for our day hikes. Wouldnt stay any other place when visiting Moab and the nearby national parks. Update: we werent ready to leave Moab yet so we checked back in after a long day of hiking out at Arches; thats how good this hotel is.
