My wife wanted a nice haircut for an upcoming special event in her life. We have searched for someone since moving back to Utah. I have been cutting her hair since because we haven't been successful finding someone that doesn't literally butcher her hair. I read the reviews about Sandra, we thought we had finally found that person. Her website had pics of short hair styles, so I thought she would do fine. I sent her numerous pictures of previous haircuts to show her how we'd like it done. That didn't happen; her haircut is so short, she can't style it, it's very unfeminine. I feel horrible, she wanted a nice haircut before she left for a very prestigious award celebration for her from her work, the top people, the president and her coworkers will be there to present to only her. I found Sandra and made the appointment. We wish I had cut her hair. She came home and cried over her hair, it's not like she can wear a wig to cover it up. Right when she got in the car, we were both devastated over how all of her hair had been cut off. I asked her if she told Sandra how long to cut it and she said she told her how she likes it and that Sandra looked at the pics I sent to her. Sandra said she wasn't a barber and my wife said she's never been to a barber, only hair stylists. Before she knew it, Sandra had chopped off most of her beautiful, curly hair on top. Why didn't she start out cutting less instead of more? I wish I had gone in with her so I could tell her exactly what to do, but I trusted her. She leaves tomorrow for what should be a celebration of her and her haircut has made her feel not pretty, unfeminine and insecure. However, Sandra did refund the money paid as soon as I contacted her about the bad experience. What we learned from this..never go to a new hair stylist before an important event, keep your hair. My daughter had tried to cut her self bangs and it turned out to be a nightmare. I went to Sandra's and she did miracles to my daughter 's hair. My daughter loves it and she said she loves her bangs and wants to go there in the future for her hair. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Service: Haircut
