The units and building have been updated from when we stated there. It was a great starting point for me and my family and the manager / owner was very nice to us throughout the process of our transition.

I had a friend who just moved outta here. He said that the ONLY thing this place has going besides being a 3 bedroom apartment, is that it's by the 7-eleven which is eventually going to closed, and eventually the OGX bus line. The management changes too often (3 times in 2 years with MULTIPLE assistant changes), and the pricing inflates every time your lease comes to an end, but it isn't worth all of the poor quality "upgrades" that their non-professional handymen seem to add to the apartments. At one point they removed all of the building's balconies and it took them so long to finish putting in the new ones, but they didn't install anything correctly so there was a HUGE opening around the sliding door frame AND the door didn't work. They didn't care. Management does not care if the walkways are cleared or iced and they DEFINITELY do not care if people that live there slip and fall everywhere. With all the water damage to the building they had to redo the floors in between the apartments as well and they made them all very slick whenever it gets wet. That problem as well was not addressed properly. My friend complained about the water damage....which is INSIDE AND OUT....it was in the hallway at first. It ruined the ceiling and made such a mess in the areas right outside of some apartments, and then they had a couple of spots inside as well. Very run-down feeling place if you ask me. If you're looking for a "manager's special" kind of apartment...You've found it. A building run by idiots - who don't listen to renters and in turn perform awful and useless "fixes" tha5 somehow justify raising the rent super high.
