I appreciate how kind the front desk is to me every time I talk with them. Facilities are good and overall a nice place to live in.

Literally I would give this place zero stars. Warning to new students: DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE OUT!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Literally every possible problem that an apartment complex could have go wrong has gone wrong here. Hot water heaters go out? Multiple times. No snow removal? Yep, happens over and over. Broke furnace? You bet! No air conditioner in the summer? You got it! Water turned off over and over? Yep! WiFi down? Oh yeah! I swear that they have probably redone the entire building over and over in the year I have lived here. It is an absolute joke. If your apartments arent fit for tenants, then you need to get everything fixed before you rent them out for ASTRONOMICAL amounts.

Living at Harrison is a convenient location and great option if you are an out of state student and looking for an apartment-style living arrangement near Weber State. There have been some issues at times with the water and WiFi, but generally they get resolved in a fairly swift manner. Theres also covered parking, recently updated laundry facilities and a host room which are all big upsides! Overall, Id recommend living here over University Village.
