If I could give less than one star I would. What a joke this place is! I ordered $26.00 worth of ice cream on the app (thinking it would be easier). Got there and checked in with what spot I was in. I waited 30 MINUTES and NO ONE came out. I finally went in to ask the status and was told "oh it's been done" the employee brought them out. I asked why no one brought them out and told her how long we've been sitting there. She shrugged and said "oh we've just been busy and short staffed" there was literally NO OTHER CUSTOMERS when I got there. I looked and noticed ALL of them were melting and said something to the employee. I got nothing in response but an eye roll and walked away from. No offer to top them off. No offer to remake them. No apology. Seriously worst experience ever.

As a food delivery driver I would say this is one of the 3 slowest places I have had the displeasure of picking food up from. One night they have 10+ drivers in the lobby waiting for orders made from customers on up to hrs ago, and they made sure to help everyone in the drive thru wrapped around the store to the mid entrance before they even began to work with the orders made online thru gig apps hrs before. I guess the customers online have no presidence over ppl in line at drive thru.

The food was quite unsatisfactory there was a Beyond more than unnecessary amount of mayonnaise on our hamburgers the frays are not filled up and we're cold the soda was flat and flavorless and the top it all off we had soggy buns on our hamburger the Sonic gets a zero out of 10 would not recommend
