Catherine was an amazing help at the front desk, she booked us a room close to the exit since we had our dogs with us. Very friendly and considerate. A relief after calling 4 other hotels in the area and getting attitude. Thanks again Catherine!!

Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Price was a little high when I booked, but that's just basic economics. The continental breakfast was good. The room was well cleaned and comfortable. A few complaints, the TV had some pretty major technical issues and didn't work very well in our room. Not a huge issue but still fairly annoying. Also the water temperature of the bathroom sink was ethier boiling hot or freezing cold. Probably a small plumbing issue. Again not a big deal. They also do offer Veteran parking, I have not personally served our country, but it is admirable that they offer special parking to our men and women in uniform. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Orem/Provo area.
