Im incredibly frustrated with this post office. Without a mailbox in front of our house, every bit of mail goes to a PO Box which is fine, but on multiple occasions, the post office has withheld or been outwardly grumpy with us. I have done my best to include the PO Box on our mail but a few of the places that ship to me take it off or banks and government mail cannot have a PO BOX number on it. I understand sorting mail is tedious but I have given it an honest effort in include the po number in anything that is sent. But holding packages for month/sending mail back because they couldnt put it in our box is absolutely ridiculous.

After years of a friendly, helpful, postmaster, this location now has an caustic, bitter postmaster who refuses to help, fails to provide information, and won't even do her job. There are local complaints of tracked packages reaching this location but never making it to their final destination, shouting matches between users and the postmaster, and an attitude of "if you have a problem, call your congressman because I'm not doing anything to help you or to change." These complaints aren't from a single person who is trying to stir up problems, but are a wide aggregate from the community. Go to the paradise facebook page to see how widespread the bad experiences are. Paradise needs a new postmaster.

This is a great post office! I am just very disappointed that they don't know my name, as I go in about 3 times a week to pick up and drop off packages. You'd think with being in such a small town they would make a bigger effort to know people. Its called community. If I worked there I would know everyone , and get their packages for them and have them waiting.
