        Absolutely awful experience! Staff is poorly trained/outdated on return policies and are rude. Much of the staff are teenagers and do not have strong work ethic. Staff get offended when you want to exchange an item within return policy. When I asked for the managers name to call corporate about my experience refused to provide his name. The Abercrombie Staff on West coast are so much better! Poor customer service
