This was our second time staying at the Sheraton in Park City and will be the last. It is our last for two reasons. 1. I attempted to change credit cards for the room charge on check in without success - wrong card was charged. I called to have the charge moved and initially was told there was nothing they could do. I made a comment about I shouldn't have to suffer for their mistake and then they almost immediately found a way to fix it. After calling back to follow up again the following week this was finally addressed and fixed.. 2. The showers have soft water and limited pressure therefore the soap does NOT come off the floor and there is no mat - this resulted in someone from my party falling. They didn't get injured (thankfully) but I really wish hotels thought about this. Overall - It is a relatively nice hotel, quiet and has a shuttle service to the two large ski resorts which it is about a 5-10 minute drive too. The onsite bar/restaurant has a wide selection of drinks and food and is perfect for apres if you're willing to pay hotel bar prices. If you're an elite member with Marriott you'll also receive a voucher for breakfast buffet each morning that is somehow valued at 20 dollars. It's not great and they didn't have the option for a fresh omelette this year - so it's not as good as it was last year. Not all rooms have microwaves - rather a community microwave is available in the middle of a hallway - be aware the front desk did not have plates or silverware to use though. Then lastly we did laundry, but the hotel only had 1 dryer and 2 washers...so our clothes ended up taken out before they were dry by another guest.... Overall, it's a decent hotel in a ski town where everything is expensive - but the service just missed the mark this time around.

Great park city hotel, especially for families. Good location if you want to be a bit away from Main Street. My son loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was all super friendly, especially Teeny!

Rooms are very spacious and hotel is in really good shape for being a ski resort. Staff is hit or miss. Cleaning of rooms while there could be better, food is really good at the hotel and it's restaurant. Don't spend the extra money on the lounge access all you get is muffins and water. Renz is awesome waiter for morning breakfast. Good shuttle service. Food & drinks: Very good food. Amazing burger and chicken schnitzel. French onion soup not good at all.

Im a Titanium Elite Marriott member. I stay in a lot of Marriotts every year which gives you context on my expectations for Marriotts. This hotel has solid, renovated rooms and a decent restaurant for in room service. It also has a shuttle to the slopes. But it falls down in the details: 1. Coordinating shuttle pickup is a mess. It took 40 min for me to get picked up from the mountain on a non-busy, weekday. The hotel is only 10 minutes away, max. 2. The Bonvoy lounge is majorly disappointing. They put out warm food for apres but no plates or silverware. What? 3. I ordered a burger and fries. Arrived to my room quickly but with no ketchup. I called in room service and they told me they dont carry ketchup. What? They told me theyd send fry sauce. It never came. 4. I put in a request for a dental kit through the app. I never received a response. 5. They offer hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby for apres. Nice touch, except the hot chocolate is so watered down it literally just tastes like warm water. Gross. 6. The hot tub fits a posted max of 6 people. This is a large, mountainside hotel makes no sense. Overall, this is a decent place to stay while in Park City. But dont expect the normal attention to detail you see at other Marriotts.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for our ski trip to Park City. The room was perfect for the two of us. And, all of the staff were really friendly. As Platinum members, we greatly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The shuttle to Park City was a wonderful additon and easy to manage. Though, only one shuttle at peak morning departure demand seems like a place to improve. They accommodated a late checkout for us, which was nice and allowed us to enjoy a few more hours on the slopes. We will definitely come back and visit.
