Tipton Landscaping

We had a miserable experience with Tipton. Run in the other direction. There is not enough space in this review to share all of what happened to us. It was a nightmare that lasted almost a year! We were told the project would be started in July 2022 and take two weeks to finish. They didn't start until Oct 2022. They "finished" in June 2023 and by finished I mean I asked them not to come back. When we put our money down to start, Brandon gave us a speech about being patient and don't be a difficult customer. Like he expected every customer to be difficult. Seemed odd because he hadn't even started yet. We should have picked up on the big red flag. Despite this project taking so long we remained patient because we just wanted the project done. I think he took advantage of us because we were being kind and patient with them. If we were lucky enough to get any communication the new promise was "two weeks" and then "two weeks" and so on for months and months and months. We heard every story and excuse in the book. Brandon even started to repeat the excuses because the project was open for so long. Tipton should be renamed to Two Weeks Landscaping, because it was always two more weeks. If there was a corner to cut, Tipton found it. They are not good with sprinklers. I had someone else come out and fix their work after the project ended. I will leave this final gem...their cement sub-contractor started to put a lien on my house because Tipton didn't pay him. That was a whole other problem I got to deal with. I have more, but I will stop. Poor communication. Poor workmanship. I don't trust these guys at all. Don't trust the other reviews like I did. Don't give them your money!

This company started off with our project in a very positive way, they were responsive and helpful. I was surprised and disappointed that towards the end they were very slow to respond to our calls and texts, we are still waiting on a couple things after almost a year.

Brandon, Salud, and the crew were incredible! These guys knocked out our whole neighborhood in just a couple of months. They work hard, quick, and their quality is astonishing! Tipton was absolutely great to work with. They ended up doing most of our entire neighborhood and everyone was extremely happy with them. Brandon the owner went out of his way to talk with neighbors that were doing something that would look awful for both our yards. He drove out there and explained to them how to get what they want and make it look great. Now our neighbors and we are both really happy. That is the kind of service that they provide.
