Dan was so great to work with our mortgage closed within 30 days. We had zero issues with the approval process and everything went flawlessly. I would definitely recommend working with Dan. He was very professional and very responsive.

Highly recommend Dan at Intercap. He was super kind and patient with me through the entire process of buying a home, even when I had tons of questions that other lenders seemed to get annoyed with me for asking, Dan did everything he could to simplify things and get me answers in terms I could understand. He cared about me as a person and not just as another paycheck like other lending companies seem to do, and continues to check in on me and help with any lingering questions even after my loan has been finalized. So happy with my decision to go with Intercap & Dan specifically.
