I purchased a serviceberry tree late spring of this year. The employees inside were great, very helpful. The one outside who helped me find the tree was not so great. He couldn't find the specific pot size I had bought that they had in stock, supposedly. He seemed angry that I was even there, then he sent me to pay more for the one serviceberry he could find. I ended up spending more than I originally wanted to because of their error with in stock trees. And I just realized, 6 months later, that the trunk was buried too deep in the pot at the nursery. I hope I wasn't too late in unburying the trunk, because if this tree rots and dies I'm going to be livid.

Landscaping my backyard and bought some 6" metal edging from them a few weeks ago. Came back today to buy a bunch more. Big purchase. They said they no longer sell to retail customers. Manager said no way. Policy change. This company just lost all my future business and is off my friend recommendation list. Too bad for them.
