I gave it a star because my husband enjoyed his roast beef sandwich. I had a wrap that I wish I would have just taken back for a refund. The tortilla was dry and felt like I was eating leather. That pretty much ruined it all. I was glad I had a protein bar in the car as we were just passing through the area.

My wife ordered a wrap and it was a horrible item. She has previously loved Arby's wraps but the tortilla on this one was hard and dry. The sauce wasn't spread well throughout.
