Joseon Martial Arts

I recently came across a post of martial arts schools becoming high five machines. In all my looking at martial arts schools, I have seen this non stop, a student does technique incorrectly, the teacher gives them a high five. This sets an unrealistic president of success and will not help the student to improve on their skills. I am glad Joseon Martial Arts is continuing on and still holding their students to standards. When my grand kids get a high five from the teachers here, they know they have earned it. This is true confidence building non of the many other local schools in Weber county/Davis county have. Having fun is important, but getting meaningful instruction with real positivity is so much more. I recommend this school to any one who wants to really get the most out of martial arts!

I am pleased to see this great martial arts gym continuing on in its new capacity. This school has done more for my grandson than any other martial arts school out there. They not only teach integrity but also run their school with integrity. We have tried all the schools in the Roy / Clinton / Sunset area and they all fell short. The other schools out there only want to take our money and deliver fake positivity. When the teachers at Joseon give praise, the students know they have earned it. They also know how to deliver corrective criticism that leaves the child determined to work harder to reach their goals, not shutting down. I highly recommend this school to everyone who wants their child-even themselves to achieve their goals. I LOVE how they offer the parent to train free, with their kids. I would do it my self but I am happy watching my grandsons succeeding in classes.
