Generally my experience here has been more negative than positive. It's really a trap for students and those that are new to SLC. The previous management team actually put an effort towards their residents and their public image, but the Kairoi staff so far have been completely clueless and uninterested in their tenants' wellbeing. It was one of the most jagged and unprepared transfers of power since Afghanistan. Also, do not be fooled by their advertised "cutting-edge mechanized parking". The only edge being cut is the side of your car, and the only thing special about it is its remarkable ability to break down every week, trapping your vehicle inside.

Staff was both friendly and helpful. Never had to wait when discussing any issue with either Olivia (Front office) or Brandon (Facilities manager). I could not have hoped for better.

The carpet was completely covered in inches of visible dark hair when I moved in. I asked them to rewash the carpet even though it obviously hadnt been washed. They sent someone who angrily soaked the carpet in chemicals and left without actually vacuuming anything up. So I waited for it to dry for 2 days, with all my stuff and my dog piled in the living room, and then just vacuumed it myself. This was the trend of all interactions in the few months I could stand to keep living here. Do yourself a huge favor and live literally anywhere else (probably best to avoid all Greystar properties)
