        I've never once seen a person from management. The two washers they have for all three floors aren't that good and sometimes one of them is broken. The worst thing about living here was the parking. You having an assigned parking spot didn't mean a thing and management won't answer your 75 phone calls about it. If you're one of those bottom of the barrel of society type of people then it's easy to get free parking. That's pretty nice. Oh yeah and roaches.
