Worst experience ever! It took us forever to finally get everything in, so we could be approved and then they wouldnt approve retroactive months. Its a joke every single time they had said something different which was not what they told me last time I called. They never told us what was missing exactly so that we could get approved. I said September from the beginning I turned in everything they asked for, but then they would say I missed something else the next time. I called at least 20 times to get retroactive months for all of us and got nothing I needed. The process does not work they require way more than they should in order to get help. We make less than 18K a year it SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO GET HELP! Horrible customer help and communication.

Lesley at the front desk was awesome. She went above and beyond in translating and finding additional resources for my mother in law. She is a great asset and needs to be recognized.

Complete joke. All because I have enough money to cover my life saving kidney transplant apparently I don't qualify for any help. Word to the wise if anyone needs help just tell them you're an illegal and get everything you can. Americans don't count... what a sham!!!!

Robert was the most disrespectful worker. He hung up on me and was raising his voice at me. Didnt help me at all and was completely out of line and unprofessional. He should not be working this job. I hope they review his phone call with me because that is not okay.
