The spring mattress was way past its life expectancy, the room was above the pool and smelled like it, the pillows were strangely sized and over-firm, and the hallways were overcompensating for some smell with a powerful fragrance. Otherwise, a quiet and restful stay

Clean, basic hotel near freeway in SLC. Nice, clean, updated rooms. Friendly desk staff. Diner across parking lot.

Visiting SLC for the first time for work it is probably not the nicest hotel in town but the service is amazing. The front desk receptionist from 2/24 at night, was very nice once we arrived she immediately greeted us and check us in, someone had forgot a toothbrush and immediately she offered us one complimentary, very professional and great customer service.

This Hampton Inn was not on the same level as most its like somebody took a super 8 motel and slapped some new paint and bedding onto it. The rooms....where kinda gross....the beds where clean and so where the towels the the carpet on the other hand was super gross sticky feeling turned my kids feet dirty also on the last day of my stay I found animal poop under the chair in the corner of the room looked like very small dog or ferret maybe? I did let front desk know she was sympathetic but she was also on a call and did not give the issue enough attention..... The pool area was nice the chlorine but our eyes a bit but over all that area seemed clean and the kids enjoyed the space. Breakfast was pretty standard cold stuff hot waffles and a small hot chafing dish with eggs sausage and gravy I believe. The service was fine and they where very nice except I wish the woman at the desk would have made more of an effort to make sure I knew the poop was a bigger deal to her made me feel like this sorta thing happens alot... P.s. there was a horrible high pitched whistle sound in our room with made it hard to sleep.
