Brandon was incredible to work with. He was very transparent, informative and sided well with us as a customer. A lot of families don't quite make plumbing a priority right now due to economic pressures, and Brandon was very understanding, respectful and considerate of how these repairs could be a dent in our budget. He clearly gave us a good approach to the situation while considering our budget and how to address our concerns in the best course of action. Excellent service by Shawn! We had lost service on our NEST system entirely and live out of state. Shawn was able to come out the next day and reset our entire system! Additionally, he was very respectful of the home, including wearing shoe covers each time he came in and out the door. Im definitely taking down this # to call anytime we need electronic, plumbing, HVAC or electrical work done. Highly recommend Shawn for your electronic needs. Thank you

Bryant & Dalton did the pex repipe in our house and did a great job. Everything got installed exactly as described and there was lots of weirdness to work around being a 100+ year old house. They took extra care to seal off work areas and keep everything clean which was appreciated!
