My client had a difficult time speaking English and needed insurance to drive his new car off the lot, I gave Nick a call and he was absolutely amazing and super helpful, he walked my client and I through every last bit of it. Staff is always responsive to phone calls and questions. National staff have always great with handling any claims as well. Allstate by far for us is the best insurance company available for our family.

My auto and home-owners insurance has been with Allstate, through Miles agency, for about six years. I cant comment on how well Allstate processes claims because Ive never had to file a claim. (I thank God for that.) But Miles has been patient and helpful in answering my questions and making any changes. I can call the office anytime during business hours, somebody always answers the phone. I could email Miles and he promptly replies. I do feel that the advice and suggestions he gives me are unbiased. I have no complaints about Miles' agency. Update: Miles' customer service is getting better, while everybody elses is getting worse owing to overreliance on technology. Miles still provides old-fashioned American customer service. Keep up the good work Miles.
