I've learned more about SEO and building a successful e-commerce business in the last 6 months working with Holistic Web Presence than I have in the last 4 years. The other companies we've worked with were not at all engaged in our company and as a seller of high end Oriental rugs, we were making many of the small business rookie mistakes Tim talks about. Holistic Web Presence is the first company who actually took the time to learn about our company and to find out exactly what each employee did within the business in order to position themselves to help us the most. We meet with them weekly and the team is always available to us. Simply put, the team at Holistic Web Presence is OUR team. We certainly have a lot to learn and much more to implement but with Tim and company, we now have a road map and we're seeing progress all the time.
