      It looks like you called us on Saturday afternoon, and we responded on Monday morning, our very soonest opportunity. We do not offer 24 hour emergency service, we do bigger scale residential work such as remodeling and new construction. We employ an after hours answering service so that we can respond to warranty situations on existing projects. That being said, I do apologize for whatever inconvenience this may have caused you, and I will check in with my answering service to ensure that it is being properly communicated that we do not take on emergency service calls over the weekend.
