The company is extremely difficult to work with. They make it nearly impossible to cancel. No option to cancel online and force you to go through a one hour phone call to cancel membership.

Worst experience I have ever had. My tutor canceled on me twice and never rescheduled. I then called my assigned tutor and they never called me back. The website did not work to reschedule nor could I get into my account most of the time. The website does not work for iPads. Cannot get a hold of a manager because they don't have a direct line. I have tried to escalate my situation numerous amounts of time and I keep getting a generic email. I would save your money and go somewhere else.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Not only did I score 5 points worse with them than my self taught LSAT, but their reaction was unprofessional at best. I spent 24 hours with them over two months on top of 80/90 hours of my own study time based on their strategy and structure and and performed 5 points worse than when I took the LSAT 100% self taught. I remember asking my tutor (ten days out of the test) if I should put the test off another month or two to get a better grasp on the material from their perspective and I was reassured Id do just fine. On top of all this I have reached out three times since getting my test results to consult with management to see what could have happened or what I could possibly do different next time. Not once have I been able to get management or someone on the phone who has any idea what theyre talking about. All I get is well escalate your situation and you should get a call. What a waste of my time, money and effort.

I had the opportunity to work with the one and only Dr. Patricia Felton while studying for my NCLEX. I had previously failed my NCLEX and did not know where to turn! Here I was, wanting to become a nurse more than anything and failed the main exam. When I first met with Varsity Tutors they were so helpful, sweet and were there 110% for me. Everyone I spoke to were very sweet and I never had a problem talking to an actual person over the phone. I met with Dr. Felton for 16 hours as well as a group study session for 16 hours as well. I learned SO many test-taking strategies for the NCLEX and Dr. Felton was VERY sweet, comforting, encouraging and never put me down. There was one day where I was not answering questions correctly (just an off day for me) and she was there to tell me I could do it, take my time and go through the strategies which we learned. I ended up passing my NCLEX the VERY NEXT TRY! I am forever grateful for Varsity Tutors. If you are thinking about a tutor, go to Varsity Tutors. I explored many different tutors and let me save you time and money with telling you to go straight to varsity tutors!!
