        Did a return and the salesman, Jimmy, was incredibly rude. Seemed highly inconvenienced by it, complaining about having to do it manually since we didnt buy them at that location.

        I used to drive more of a sports car but now have a Dodge Caliber. I wanted to switch out the shift knob for a cuter one. I ordered one online but it was for a screw on knob not a pop off. Mike at NAPA fixed my problem in no time at all . He placed a vacuum hose in it and the new knob fits like a glove! I highly recommend this store and ESPECIALLY MIKE for any help you need on your vehicle! He's a miracle worker! Thanks Mike
