        Well the hot tub has been out of commission for about 50% of the last year. The pool had some down time too, but not as much. A good amount of shade near the pool. It could be cleaned more often I think.

        The HOA Managment Spacificaly K&R Premier Property Management Owner Kenny. Not helpful at all passes the buck. Just to refinance your home you have to pay HomeWiseDocs $100 to fill out the form. When this should be the K&R Premier Property Management JOB to do. Kenny the owner will even hang up on you like he did me. Jefferson Place you need to get a new property Management company ASAP. Kenny even had the nerve to ask me to send him a check for $100 then he would fill this out for me. What a joke. I would not even give them a one star review however in order to post this I had to.
