Really horrible experiences here several times with different doctors. There is a lack of communication, and listening that is nothing more than arrogance.

I switched to dr Graham a few years ago when I wasnt being treated right by my last endocrinologist. I was so nervous to see one again but he really cares and is very kind! He made me feel safe and like he actually wanted me to be in better health both for diabetes and in general! I will always recommend him!

This clinic is AMAZING!! Im never stressed going to my T1D appointments since going to see Dr. Terry. I know they will treat me with empathy and lift me up instead of making me feel like Im doing everything wrong. They will do absolutely anything to help you however they can. THEY ARE SO NICE & Im so thankful to have found such a great place!!

DETS has left me feeling scared, abandoned, and angry. They newly diagnosed me with diabetes in January and started me on several new medications. After my pharmacist told me that DETS did not call in the correct refill on one of the diabetic medications based on DETS's dosing instructions, I immediately reached out to the DETS team. It's been a week and I've still not heard back from DETS despite leaving multiple messages on their Spruce messaging system, texting their main number as directed by their voicemail, and having checked the Passport communication system. I'm now out of medication and completely lost and terrified on what the ramifications are to my health as I navigate this new diagnosis. I have no other option than to try to seek immediate care elsewhere.
