Lovely fresh, clean room. Very nice and helpful staff. The to order breakfast was great and filling. Definitely recommend.
Rooms: We had a king sized bed. Very clean and comfortable. Was able to set thermostat on wall. Great shower with soaps and shampoos. Good variety on TV.

They have housekeeping around the clock. I would rate them as the cleanest hotel we have ever been in, and all other services were also outstanding
Rooms: Large room, very clean
Food & drinks: We have allergies that make it had to eat most hotel food, but here they fixed our breakfast from scratch

I contacted the Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Sandy in December 2023 as I had a pending business event in the area sometime, I was projecting in April 2024. I talked to Ashley Jennings, the Group Sales Manager - South Valley, who helped me set up the rooms for the incoming 20 member Moroccan VIP delegation. She made it very easy and helped me along the way with the process.
Unfortunately, due to the change of location areas I was unable to use this hotel because it was too far away from the training location, but again, Ashley was wonderful working with me and even holding the rooms as I searched for a new location and upon finding a location, then nicely cancelled the reservations. Ashley is a great Manager to reach out to for VIP group reservations and I'm very sure if the training location was in the original area I'd be at her hotel. Overall, I'm happy to have Ashley as a potential contact in the future and I would highly recommend anyone with a VIP or group booking in the southern Salt Lake City area to ask for Ashley Jennings at this Hilton Garden location.
