        First of all, I never received my auto insurance cards, either through email or mail. Secondly, I was told that my coverage matched EXACTLY the coverage I had with GEICO. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that Dakota skimped out and didn't include the Roadside Assistance service. I ended up having to pay $185 out of pocket for a tow. When I called to ask him why it wasn't included - and showed him proof of prior coverage with GEICO - he absolutely skirted responsibility and told me that it was too bad, I had signed the documents that did not include coverage. He took zero ownership for his mistake - stay away from this sleazy sales guy!!!!!!
