And with his knowledge of from investing his own money into real estate he will give you sound advice. He was super responsive and took the time to explain everything. I truly felt he was handling the transaction like it was his money. I will use John the next time we buy a home.

John was phenomenal to work with. I appreciate someone with a deep knowledge of real estate and investing. One of my favorite parts of the process was being able to bounce ideas and theories off of him and getting his expert advice. I was blown away at how much he positioned us for success. Even after the sale had all but closed and most realtors would have sat back waiting for their check, John suggested a few more ways to make the deal sweeter for all those involved (caused him a bit more work). John is the most personable guy you'll ever meet! He makes you feel like you're his most important client and gives advice based on what he would do with his own money, rather than thinking about the money he will/will not make on your deal. Even before I used John for my own personal home purchase I recommended him to good friends based on his honesty, efficiency and caring. Now he has helped me with investments as well as a home purchase. I would highly recommend John Loveday for any of your real estate needs.

You won't find a more honest/dedicated realtor. John helped my business partner and I sell a property we had in Herriman. He couldn't have been easier to work with. He also made us feel like we were his top priority even with the massive amount of work he was dealing with at the time. My partner and I have already discussed plans to work with John in the future.
